Analysis: 

• WBJEE Electromagnetism Category 1 had a marks weightage of 10 marks from 2019 to 2022, however, it dropped in 2023, and hence the same is also expected this year. Hence, there is a high possibility that the marks weightage from this category can fall between 8 to 10 marks. 

• WBJEE Electromagnetism Category 2 had a marks weightage of 6 marks in 2019, 2020, and 2022. However, it dropped in 2021 to 2 marks. In 2023, it increased to 4, however, it was still not on par with the 2019, 2020, and 2022 marks weightage. Since the pattern was not static throughout, in 2024, the marks' weightage can be somewhere between 2 to 6 marks. 

• WBJEE Electromagnetism Category 3 had a marks weightage of 4 marks in 2019, 2021, and 2022. In 2021, it was the lowest i.e., 2, however, in 2023, it became the highest ever i.e., 6 marks. So in 2024, it is likely to follow the pattern for 2019, 2021, and 2022, or be of the same value of 2023, i.e., 6 marks.
