WBJEE Counselling 2025 Expected Start Date

WBJEE Counselling 2025 is expected to begin by the first week of September, as the results were announced on August 22. WBJEEB will soon release an official notifciation on counselling dates.

WBJEE Counselling 2025 Expected Start Date: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will tentatively commence the WBJEE counselling 2025 by the first week of September. There will not be any further delay in counselling, as WBJEE 2025 results were announced almost with a delay of 3 months. In 2024, the WBJEE result was declared on June 6; whereas the counselling started on July 10, 2024, with the registration process. This year, the WBJEE result 2025 was declared on August 22, 2025; hence, it can be assumed that the WBJEE counselling will commence tentatively before September 5. Soon, the official notification of the WBJEE counselling will be released on the official website.

Candidates who have qualified for the JEE Main or WBJEE 2025 exam will be eligible to participate in the WBJEE counselling process. The WBJEE counselling will comprise of registration process, choice filling, and seat allotment result. Before starting the counselling registration, the WBJEEB will publish the WBJEE counselling notification tentatively 4 to 5 days before the registration process on the official website- wbjeeb.in.

During the WBJEE counselling registration 2025, the candidates should upload a list of required documents as per the specifications. Also, to complete the WBJEE counselling registration process, the candidates should pay Rs 500 as counselling registration fees using a credit card/ debit card/ net banking. Once the registration fees are paid, the amount will not be refunded. Unless the candidates pay the registration fees and complete the WBJEE counselling registration process, they will not be allowed to participate in the choice filling process.
