• Candidates who completed the document verification process but did not secure any seat
• Candidates who did not fill the options during the AP PGCET web options 2022 Round 1 but completed the document verification process
• Candidates who did not accept the seat during the round 1 allotment and looking for betterment
• Apart from that candidate who accepted the seat during the Round but still looking for a better allotment.
