XLRI Records 100% Placement for 2021-23, Highest Offer at INR 1.1 Cr

XLRI, Jamshedpur has achieved 100% placement for its 2021-2023 batch. Students who pursued Human Resource Management and Business Management programs have secured job offers through the final recruitment process. The highest international package was offered in the HR domain at INR 1.1 crore.

XLRI Records 100% Placement for 2021-23

XLRI, Jamshedpur has secured 100% placement for its 2021-2023 batch of students who pursued the flagship programs of Postgraduate Diploma in Management - Human Resource Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Management - Business Management. The entire batch of 463 students has successfully received job offers through the final recruitment process. The highest international package of INR 1.1 crore was offered to an HRM student and the highest domestic package offered stood at INR 78.2 lakhs from the ITES sector.

The placement drive for the two flagship programs took place from January-February 2023. A total of 117 recruiters participated in the placement process of which 30 recruiters were new. 484 domestic placement offers and 3 international placement offers were made in total. These also include pre-placement offers (PPOs) which were offered to 43.8% of the batch on the basis of their performance during their summer internships.
