Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, applicants must have a three or four-year bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

Bachelor's degree holders in a relevant subject will be expected to have a 60% or better as the final aggregate.

Applicants with an aggregate of 55% in undergraduate coursework and relevant work experience may be considered on an individual basis, depending on the awarding institution.

Furthermore, applicants' IELTS scores should be no lower than 5.5 in any band and 6.0 overall.
Application Deadline and Fees
The application deadline for the MSc Urban Planning at the University of Birmingham Dubai is in mid-December for the January 2023 intake. There are no application fees. The total tuition charge for the January 2023 and September 2023 is AED 112,666 (about £26,120).
