Abhijit Bhaduri, CLO at WIPRO Addresses Students of MICA on 'Digital Tsunami'
Chief Learning Officer of Wipro was invited to address the students of MICA.
As part of the MICA leadership series run by students, Mr. Abhijit Bhaduri, Chief Learning Officer of Wipro was invited to address the students. He explained the concept of ‘Digital Tsunami’ to the students and its future impact. He explained how the concept will hinder with the employer-employee relation in the future.
Keeping in mind the fundamental shift which the current generation is facing due to rapid industrialization and modernization, he also explained how the traditional norms will have to change to keep up and what new challenges will the digital era bring to the job market situation. He stressed on the fact that competition is changing by giving an example of Google's new concept of driverless cars which will soon put automobile and car manufacturing industry in trouble.

He also passed a word of advice to the students and asked them to be daring and wise as in the future, the world will be dominated by those who are curious and are not afraid to explore and learn new things. He asked the students to work in every direction so that they don't lag behind in any way by not only strengthening your core skills but also acquiring more diverse skills at the same time.
With his conclusion lines on the importance of being adaptable, flexible and work in a collaborative way, he certainly inspired all the students.
