For PGDM/PGDM-C admissions 2022 – MICA Ahmedabad will select students based on their merit in the CAT/XAT/GMAT exams, which will be followed by institute’s self-administered MICAT entrance exam followed by Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI).

All applicants who have been shortlisted based on their CAT/XAT/GMAT & MICAT scores are required to participate in both the Group Exercise (GE) and the Personal Interview (PI).
Preparation of a candidate shortlist for GE and PI
1. MICAT (Psychometric test) Section A is a qualifier.
2. Evaluation of score
The candidate list for GE and PI is based on a composite score formula that includes 50% CAT/XAT/GMAT and 50% MICAT scores.
Admission will be given on the basis of merit, with the programme of choice being taken into account afterwards. Once a candidate is offered admission to the programme of his or her first preference based on the merit list, his or her name is automatically removed from the list of candidates for the programme of his or her second priority.
If a candidate is offered admission in the programme of his or her second priority as a result of the movement of the merit list, the candidate has the option to accept the offer with the understanding that he or she will withdraw his or her name from the list of the programme of his or her first priority OR he or she may refuse the offer and continue to pursue the programme of his or her first priority.
All candidates who appear in both the GE and PI must be re-recommended by a majority of the PI panelists in order to be eligible for the final merit list.

Register for Entrance Exams
CAT 2021, XAT 2022, or GMAT are the three tests that applicants must register for and take (2020 onwards) for MICA Ahmedabad admissions 2022. MICA Scholarships – These scholarships are given annually and are based on student's overall academic record as well as their family's income. Students enrolled in MICA Ahmedabad’s 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Communications) - PGDM(C) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management - PGDM, as well as the 1-year Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Crafting Creative Communications (CCC), are eligible for the scholarships.
Poonam Gyanchandani Memorial Scholarship- MICA has signed an MOU with the RSPL Welfare Foundation (RWF), under which the RWF will grant scholarships to MICA's second-year PGDM(C) and PGDM students based on merit and financial need.
Equity Scholarship - Prof. Bikram Bindra has also signed an MOU with MICA, under which Prof. Bikram Bindra would finance a scholarship for first-year students in MICA's PGDM(C) and PGDM programmes on a merit cum means/means cum merit basis. Students from PGP-1 who represent a minority status or belong to a minority community, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Things to Know About MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships
MICA Ahmedabad campus has a welcoming atmosphere for students. The institute offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, as well as a well-stocked library and a modern theatre. MICA Ahmedabad features both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students interested in sports. Students and faculty members can connect to the internet via WIFI on campus. Apart from these, MICA Ahmedabad Mudra also has advanced department-based laboratories at its premises.
Hostel: On the college campus, hostels are available for housing. For females and boys, there are distinct hostel buildings. MICA Ahmedabad's hostels also have mess and canteen facilities for students to enjoy healthy food.

MICAMINDS– It is MICA's research and consulting section, aims to provide opportunities that meet the needs of the industry, students, and guiding faculty.
Jagriti - It is MICA's Social Service Wing, which is now also known as the MICA Societal Marketing Club. It originated as a teaching effort by MICA's final year students in 2010. Jagriti's mission is to address a variety of societal challenges.
Micanvas - Without an annual celebration, college life would be incomplete. The Micanvas committee organises MICA's annual marketing management festival, where the country's brightest minds compete in a variety of formal and informal events and competitions. CulComm - It is the cultural committee at MICA. It ensures that every festival and cultural occasion is celebrated with unbounded excitement and enthusiasm.
