MICA, also known as, Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad is an autonomous institution established in the year 1991 by the Mudra Foundation for Communications Research and Education (MFCRE). Yes, there will be exam centres for MICAT, and candidates who register for the exam before the stipulated deadline will be issued the MICAT admit card. The hall ticket must be carried to the exam centre in order for a candidate to appear for the exam.
