DTE Maharashtra to Award Bonus Marks for 3 Incorrect Questions in MHT CET 2018
- DTE Maharashtra has announced that there were 3 incorrect questions in MHT CET 2018 for which bonus marks will be awarded.
- The directorate has also awarded bonus marks in MHT CET 2017 for 4 incorrect questions in different sets.
DTE Maharashtrahas announced that there were 3 incorrect questions inMHT CET 2018and bonus marks will be awarded for these questions. After discussing the matter with various subject and exam experts, the authority has decided to invalidate these incorrect questions and decided to award 5 bonus marks to all the candidates who appeared in the exam.
DTE Maharashtra had declared theMHT CET result 2018on June 3 along with thelist of MHT CETtoppers2018. The Directorate stated that these three questions will not be evaluated. The Directorate has also announced that the maximum number of marks will not be reduced from 200 to 195. Instead, the authority has decided to award marks for each incorrect question to all candidates who had appeared for the exam.

In 2017, DTE Maharashtra had awarded bonus marks for 4 incorrect questions in MHT CET. DTE Maharashtra had also announced that answer to question number 92 of the Chemistry section of version 11 is D instead of A.
