FMGE December 2022 Application Form Released: Direct Link, Dates, Instructions
FMGE December 2022 Application Form was released by NBE on September 9 and the deadline to apply is September 29. The direct link to the application form and important instructions regarding the same are given here.
FMGE December 2022 Application Form is now out and available online at https://nbe.edu.in for submission until September 29, 2022. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) released FMGE December 2022 Application Form on September 09, 2022 at 3 PM after earlier releasing the information bulletin on the same day. FMGE December 2022 is scheduled for December 04, 2022.
Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the same through the direct link given below. Important instructions to be followed while filling out the application form are also listed below. To access the application form, aspirants first need to register at NBE online portal (nbe.edu.in) using their email and mobile number. It is also to be noted that no submitted forms will be considered valid without paying the subsequent fees. The basic examination fee is INR 6000/- but adding a GST of INR 1080/-, the candidate must pay INR 7080/- online while applying.

FMGE December 2022 Application Form Instructions
While filling out the application form, ensure to meet the following guidelines:
- The name must be mentioned as per your Primary Medical Qualification Certificate and must match with government-issued ID proof (such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, voter’s card, etc.) which is to be brought to the exam centre on the exam day.
- It must be ensured that the Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Exam City are correct as, despite the correction facilities provided, these details cannot be altered again.
- It is also of importance to note that the exam city allocation is based on the ‘first come first serve’ principle. So it is better to not delay the submission of the application form.
- The documents (photograph, signature, and thumb impression) must be uploaded as per the given specifications only.
- Two photographs are to be uploaded, a real-time photograph and a recent (no older than 3 months) photograph. [Dimensions: 35 x 45 mm, Format: JPG/JPEG, Size: Less than 80 KB]. Be sure that the face is 70-80% of both the photographs.
- The signature must have a white background only and done with a black/blue pen. [Dimensions: 3.5 x 1.5 cm, Format: JPG/JPEG, Size: 20-100 KB].
- The thumb impression must be done using a blue/black ink pad. [Dimensions: 3.5 x 1.5 cm, Format: JPG/JPEG, Size: Less than 80 KB].
- Check all the details once again before paying the application fee (INR 7080/-) and download/print the application form for records. Check the transaction ID and payment status as ‘S’ (Successful) before saving the form.
