Gujarat Board Implements New Facility to get 10,12 Duplicate Marksheet
The Gujarat board has started a new facility through which the students can get their duplicate mark sheet for 10th and 12th at their doorstep. The facility has been started so that students don’t have to travel all the way to Gandhinagar to get the duplicate copy of their mark sheet.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHS) has started a new facility through which the students can get their duplicate mark sheet for 10th and 12th at their doorstep. The facility has been started for the 10th and 12th students of Gujarat board so that they don’t have to travel all the way to Gandhinagar to get the duplicate copy of their mark sheet.

As per the officials, the Gujarat board gets over 50,000 applications every year for the requirement of duplicate mark sheets. Also, to get the provisional certificate or a duplicate mark sheet at present, the students have to travel all the way to GSHS office at Gandhinagar. However, with the online facility started by the board, the students can apply for the duplicate mark sheet online, pay the fee and get their mark sheet delivered at their home. After submitting the application for the mark sheet and paying the fee, the students can get it delivered within a day.
As per the chairman of GSHSEB, AJ Shah stated that we have completed the digitalisation of 5 crore mark sheets & certificates and also sealed the deal with the courier facilities. Apart from this, we have also talked with the payment facility providers to make the payment process streamlined for students and parents. Currently, the online facility is under testing to test for any glitches and issues, after that, the facility will be started. He further stated that any student who has appeared for 10th & 12th board examination from the current year to last year (2019) can avail the certificates in one click.

As per the statement given by DS Patel, secretary, the facility is now all ready to be launched for the students. He further stated that the students can use the application through the official website. The students will have to submit the document as proof to get the mark sheet, but it is for their safety only.
