JEE Main 2021: Expected Revised Syllabus, Exact Details of What is Removed
As CBSE and other state board syllabus for Class 11th and 12th have been reduced, JEE Main 2021 syllabus is expected to undergo changes. Check the expected revised syllabus for JEE Main 2021 and expected topics to be reducted or deleted.
National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the official notification for JEE Main 2021. As NTA conducts JEE Main twice a year, the exam date for January 2021 session may be delayed for 2021 due to the delay in the commencement of the academic session. JEE Main 2021 syllabus is expected to be reduced by 30% as the CBSE syllabus for Class 11th and 12th has been reduced. Some of the topics or chapters have been deleted for the academic session 2020-21 which will result in the reduction of the JEE Main syllabus. Apart from CBSE, various state boards have also reduced the syllabus for 11th and 12th by 30%. Therefore, JEE Main 2021 syllabus has to be framed as per the reduced syllabus of CBSE and other boards.
Candidates aspiring to appear for JEE Main 2021 must note that NTA has not yet officially declared the revised syllabus for the entrance exam. However, the candidates can check the deleted topics/ chapters from the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics syllabus of Class 11th and 12th. This will help you to have a tentative idea of the JEE Main 2021 syllabus.
Expected Topics to be Deleted from JEE Main Physics 2021
According to the revised CBSE syllabus of Class 11th and 12th, the following topics are expected to be deleted from JEE Main Physics 2021. The candidates must note that CBSE has deleted certain topics from each chapter, which can be checked below –
