KEAM 2023 Exam Date Announced; Official notification soon to be released
KEAM 2023 exam will be taken place on May 17, 2023, which has been confirmed through a press release. Soon, the authority will release the KEAM official notification 2023.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examination has declared the KEAM 2023 exam date through a press meeting. As per the press release, KEAM 2023 exam will be held on May 17, 2023, for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses. The exam will be taken place in two shifts. Paper 1 (Physics & Chemistry) and Paper 2 exams will be taken place from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm respectively.
It can be assumed that the KEAM 2023 official notification will be released soon on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. A detailed exam schedule and the important dates of KEAM application form commencement will be mentioned there. Tentatively, KEAM 2023 registration process will be started in March 2023.
KEAM 2023: Eligibility Criteria
It can be assumed that there will be no change in the KEAM 2023 eligibility criteria. It should be the same as the previous year. Hence, before applying for the KEAM 2023 exam, the candidates can refer to the eligibility criteria here-
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian. Also, the PIO/ OCI candidates are eligible to apply for the exam
Age limit: No maximum age limit is there to apply for the exam. Whereas the minimum age limit to apply for KEAM 2023 exam is 17 years
Educational Qualification: Candidates should qualify Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or equivalent exam with a minimum of 40% marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to apply for the KEAM 2023 exam

KEAM 2023 Exam Pattern
If the candidates are planning to appear for the KEAM exam, then they can start preparation. And for the same, the candidates should refer to the KEAM exam pattern.
Mode of the exam: Offline (pen and paper-based exam)
Number of papers: Two, Physics & Chemistry and Mathematics
Language of the test: English
Total number of questions: 240 (120 for each paper)
Type of the questions: MCQs
Time duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Marking scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer; whereas 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer
