LBS Centre for Science and Technology has released the notification for Kerala State Eligibility Test (SET) 2020 and initiated the process for online registration. SET is an annual eligibility test conducted for the appointment of Higher Secondary School Teachers in Kerala’. According to the official notification, SET 2020 will be conducted in 35 subjects. As per state norms, a pass in SET is mandatory is for appointment as Higher Secondary School Teachers.

Kerala SET 2020 Eligibility Criteria: -
- Master’s degree in the concerned subject (as per the list of the subjects in Kerala SET) with more than 50% of marks is mandatory to be eligible for Kerala SET 2020.
- B. Ed degree is also mandatory to register for Kerala SET 2020.
- Candidates who have completed their Master’s degree in correspondence or distance mode from the open universities, which are not recognized by any of the universities in Kerala are not eligible to appear for Kerala SET 2020.

Kerala SET 2020 Application Process: -
- The online application for Kerala SET 2020 can be filled only through the official website of LBS Centre.
- Firstly, visit the nearest service provider of LBS centre.
- Pay the Kerala SET 2020 Registration Fee of Rs. 375.
- After the fee payment, the service centre will provide ‘Application number’ and ‘Site Access Key’.
- Now, open the official website of LBS Centre.
- On the official website of LBS Centre, click on ‘SET February 2020’ link.
- Next, click on the link that indicates ‘Online Registration’.
- Enter the ‘Application Number’ and ‘Site Access Key’.
- Upload the photograph in prescribed size and format.
- After uploading the photograph, online Kerala SET 2020 application form will be displayed.
- Fill all the details carefully.
- Finally, ‘Submit’ the application form.
- Take the print out of application form.
- Send the printout of Kerala SET 2020 application form to the prescribed address by post.
