Maharashtra Board HSC Exam Result Announced

Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Education, also known as MSBSHE, has announced the results of Class 12 Board Exams (HSC) today on May 30, 2018. The HSC results have been uploaded on the official website of the board and students can access the results through their roll numbers. Check the details below:

Steps to Check Maharashtra HSC Results:

• Log on to the official website of MSBSHE and click on the link that says 'HSC Results 2018'
• You will have to fill in your Mother's first name and your roll number
• Click on the 'view result' button and your Maharashtra HSC exam result will appear on screen
• It is advisable that you download and save it for future reference

The HSC exams of Maharashtra began on March 01, 2018 and continued until March 20, 2018. Over 14,85,000 students (including 6,50,000 girls and 8,34,000 boys) appeared for the exams. These students are eagerly waiting for the results so that they can further enrol for UG courses. Similarly, 17,85,000 students (including 7,78,000 girls and 9,73,000 boys) appeared for the SSC exams. These students are also eagerly waiting for the results so that they can get admission in FYJC (First-year Junior Colleges).

This year, MSBSHE took extensive measures to prevent malpractices in the board exams. Special flying squads were appointed to conduct surprise checks in the HSC and SSC exam centres. Only 25 students were allowed to take the exam in one examination hall.

Maharashtra Class 10 (SSC) results are expected to be declared in the second week of June 2018. However, the officials of MSBSHE did not disclose the exact date of announcement of results of Class 10 exams. Students will have to wait some more days to get clarity on the date of results.
