Students from Kolhapur, Palghar, Ratnagiri, Raigadh, Sindhudurg, Sangli, and Satara districts of Maharashtra who missedJEE Main 2021 Phase 3 on July 25 & 27 due to floods can now attend the exam on August 3 & 4. The situation in the above said districts of Maharashtra was severe, and many students faced difficultly in reaching the exam centre due to transport issues. Such students need not panic, as they will get another chance to appear for the Phase 3 exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has confirmed the exam dates for these students.

Phase 3 of JEE Main 2021 started on July 20, and three shifts of the exam were concluded. This time, the exam was conducted on alternative days due to the second wave Covid-19 pandemic. As floods caused a rampage in several districts of Maharashtra, students had requested the Education Minister on social media to give them another opportunity. The Minister responded promptly and announced another chance for students who will be missing the exam on July 25 & 27 at the above-said regions.

Phase 3 was conducted peacefully, and the overall difficulty level across all the shifts was moderate. NTA will issue a separate admit card for students who missed the exam due to floods on July 29.

Phase 4 of JEE Main 2021 is scheduled to be conducted from August 26 to September 2, and the exam will take place on alternative days.
