JEE Main 2021 Phase 4 is scheduled to be conducted from May 24 to 28. The application portal for Phase 4 will be opened from May 03 to 12. Check JEE Main 2021 Phase 4 dates, registration process, syllabus, etc here.

JEE Main 2021 Phase 4 exam dates have been confirmed, and NTA will conduct the exam from May 24 to 28. This will be the final phase exam for the year 2021. Candidates who have appeared for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 can also appear for the Phase 4 exam. Fresh or already registered candidates will have to pay a separate application fee for the last phase exam. The application window will re-open for Phase 4 on May 03. Candidates whose 12th exam dates are clashing with JEE Main May 2021 will have to intimate it to the NTA through the application protal. The applicants will have the option to choose 4 cities as the exam centers in the order of preference. JEE Main 2021 Phase 4 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the Phase 4 exam of JEE Main 2021 is as follows –

Eligibility Rule 1: Candidates who have appeared for Phase 1 or 2 or 3 of JEE Main 2021 can apply for Phase 4 as well. There is no restriction on the same.

Eligibility Rule 2: The candidates must have passed/ appeared for Class 12th exams. Candidates whose 12th results are awaited can also register for the exam.

Eligibility Rule 3: Candidates who have passed Class 12th in 2020 and 2019 are eligible to appear for the 2021 JEE Main exam.

Eligibility Rule 4: As JEE Main is conducted in three papers, the paper-wise eligibility is as follows –

JEE Main 2021 Phase 4 Application Form

The application form for Phase 4 JEE Main 2021 will open in the first week of May. In order to help Phase 4 applicants to have an exact clarity on the registration process, we have divided the process into two categories –

Application Procedure for Already Registration Candidates (Phase 1, 2, & 3)

  • Candidates who have already appeared for any of the previous phases of the exam must note that there is no need to fill the application form and upload photo & signature again.
  • These candidates will have to login through the official website with their JEE Main Application Number and Password.
  • Pay the exam fee for Phase 4 and take the printout of the confirmation page.

Registration Process for Fresh Candidates

  • Candidates who have not appeared for any of the phases of JEE Main 2021 will have to complete the new registration on the official website.
  • Fill in all the details in the application form such as personal & education qualification details.
  • Choose the exam centre & language for the entrance exam
  • Pay the application fee

JEE Main 2021 Phase 4 Exam Pattern

The Phase 4 exam pattern of JEE Main 2021 is similar to previous phases. There will be no negative marking for Numerical questions. However, Negative marking is applicable for MCQs. Some of the highlights of exam pattern are –

Paper 1

  • It is conducted for B.E/ B.Tech
  • Total marks for this paper is 300
  • No negative mark for Numerical questions
  • A total of 90 questions with 30 each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
  • Choice to answer 5 questions out of 10 from Numerical in each section
  • -1 mark deduction for each wrong attempt in MCQs

Paper 2A

  • It is conducted for B.Arch
  • Total marks for this paper is 400
  • Drawing Test is conducted offline
  • No negative mark for Numerical questions
  • A total of 82 questions from three sections including Mathematics, Aptitude and Drawing test
  • Choice to answer 5 out of 10 Numerical Questions
  • -1 mark deduction for MCQs

Paper 2B

  • It is conducted for B.Planning
  • Total marks for this paper is 400
  • Three sections – Mathematics, Aptitude Test & Planning based questions
  • A total number of 105 questions will be given in this paper
  • Choice to answer 5 out of 10 Numerical Questions
  • -1 mark deduction for MCQs
