Neotia University Celebrates 5th Foundation Day
The 5th foundation day celebrations of the Neotia University took place on February 03, 2019. Honourable Chancellor, Padma Shri Harshavardhan Neotia delivered Presidential Lecture.
The Neotia Universityhas successfully completed five years of the journey and celebrated its fifth foundation day on February 03, 2019, with great dedication, fun, and enthusiasm. The Chief Guest of the event was Professor Ajoy Kumar (Padma Shri recipient), former Director ofIIEST Shibpur.
The 5thfoundation day celebrations of the Neotia University commenced with the Guard of Honour to the Honourable Chancellor, Padma Shri Harshavardhan Neotia by the BNS Cades and Marine Engineering students of the varsity. The University Flag was hoisted after the Guard of Honour event followed by the lighting of the lamp. Students sung the opening song during the event.
Vice Chancellor of the Neotia University, Professor Biswajit Ghosh delivered the welcome speech and revealed the recent achievements & developments of the university. The VC also expressed his gratitude to the management and Governing Body of the Neotia University for their significant contributions and service.

Honourable Chancellor, Padma Shri Harshavardhan Neotia delivered the Presidential Lecture. He inspired the students by suggesting them to work hard honestly and aiming to excel in every aspect of life. The innovative spirit and sustainability are key factors that facilitated all-round development of the Neotia University, he added.
Cultural programmes emerged as another highlight of the Neotia University 5thfoundation day celebrations.
