XLRI Jamshedpur Records 100% Placements for 2022 Batch
XLRI Jamshedpur has completed 100% placements for 427 candidates for the 2022 batch for MBA HR and MBA Business Management. XLRI, Delhi NCR also completed the placements for its first batch in 2022.
XLRI Jamshedpur has completed 100% placement for the 2020-2022 batch. The Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has successfully completed its final placements with 427 postgraduate candidates.
Candidates from two-year management post-graduation courses in Human Resources and Business Management were placed. Along with the Jamshedpur batch, Delhi NCR Batch also completes the placement of its first batch of 2020-2022. All the candidates are placed with high salary packages in leading organizations of the country.
A total of 99 recruiters participated in the XLRI Jamshedpur 2020-2022 Final Placements. Out of the total participating recruiters, 23 were new recruiters at XLRI Jamshedpur.

The Director of XLRI Jamshedpur, Father Paul Fernandes expresses his gratitude and congratulated the candidates for achieving such results. He further encouraged the candidates to be great leaders in the future for the country. He also stated that the candidates are responsible, ready, and committed to taking charge of their responsibilities as responsible leaders.
On average, the candidates were offered a salary package of INR 29 Lakhs per annum. And, the top 10 percentile candidates of the batch were offered salary packages of INR 48.42 Lakhs per annum. In addition to that, the top 25 percentile candidates of the 2022 batch were offered a package of INR 41.2 Lakhs per annum.
