3000 Students Participated Inter-College Fest at Fr C Rodrigues Institute
The 13th Inter college festival organized by the students of Fr C Rodrigues Institute of Management Studies Vashi was celebrated with much fervor.
Around 3000 students participated in inter-collegiate contest, 'Abstract'.
Students from various business schools pitted against each other and judged on their levels of creativity and innovation.
The fest is organized annually to bring together MBA as well as aspiring MBA students to share, exchange and discuss ideas. "It is a mix of cultural and management events, with plenty of fun events for the students," said an event coordinator.
“The students planned many events including Business Plan, Ad Mad, rink football, Mock Stock, karaoke, dance fusion, Bluff Master, Short films and Shutterbugs. Cash prizes and vouchers were given to winners,” said a press release from the institute.
Students have been working for months to put together the festival.
The aim of the festival is to give the institute as well as the visiting management students an exposure to the world of management. We are hoping that the corporates will witness the students' talent, which will result in better placements,” said a faculty member of the Institutes.
