Admission Notice- FICCI Announces Online Courses on IPRs and Competition Law
The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) announces admission to two online certificate courses on IPR for the past 5 years that might be of interest to our readers.
The registrations for these courses have already started.
1. Online Certificate Course on Competition Law & Intellectual Property Rights (IPComp)
The advanced course has been providing the dual benefit of learning Competition Law and the IPR challenges faced by Corporations when they expand in an organic or non-organic manner into new territories, markets and products. Notably, an additional Module on “Essential Patents” is being made available from this session onwards.
2 months (February-March 2016)
For Students: Rs. 5500/-
For Industry Professionals: Rs. 7000/-
For Others: Rs. 7000/-
2. Online Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
Patents and International Filing System, Trademark, Copyright, Design, Geographical Indication, Biodiversity, International Arrangements, IPR Enforcement, Infringement and Remedies.
The objective of the Course: To enhance knowledge about IPR among Students, Professionals, Lawyers and Entrepreneurs.
3 months (February-April 2016)
For students: Rs 7500/-
For participants from MSMEs: Rs. 8500/-
For participants from Industries: Rs. 10,000/-
For others: Rs. 10,000/-
