Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata is inviting applications for admission to 3 years Bachelor of Statistics (B.Stat) honors, Bachelor of Mathematics (B.Math) honors, 2 years Master of Statistics (M.Stat), Master of Science (M.S) in Quantitative Economics, Quality Management Science and Library & Information Science, Master of Mathematics (M.Math) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Quality, Reliability & Operations Research programs offered at Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi and Chennai campuses for the session 2016.
Eligibility Criteria:
For B.Stat/ B.Math Honors Programs: Candidates should have successful completion of higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent with Mathematics and English.
For M.Stat Program: Candidate should have 3-year bachelor’s degree with Statistics as a full subject, or a B.Stat/B.Math degree/PG Diploma in Statistical Methods and Analytics from ISI.
For M.Math Program: Candidate should have 3-year bachelor’s degree or a B.E/B.Tech degree with Mathematics and an exceptionally strong background in Analysis and Abstract Algebra or a B.Stat/B.Math degree from ISI.

The application fee is Rs. 600/- for all applicants in the general category and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged candidates.
Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates is based on merit as judged by their performance in written tests and interviews conducted by the Institute. Past academic record may also be taken into consideration.

Last date for online application: Friday, March 11, 2016.
Date of payment of application fee at SBI branches: Thursday, February 11, 2016, to Friday, March 18, 2016.
Date of admission test: Sunday, May 08, 2016.
