School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) Gurgaon invites application for a one-year post-graduate leadership programme in management. The admission process for the academic year 2017 has already started.Candidates aspiring for admission can now apply for the course.

For Business Leadership Programme-

A. Graduates

B. Candidates with a minimum of two years full-time work experience after graduation

For Human Resource Leadership Programme-

A. Fresh graduates

B. Working professionals can apply for the programme

The application process has already started through online. Candidates can apply for the programme from July 17, 2016, till March 11, 2017. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their details furnished in the application forms. They have to deposit application fee of Rs 2000.

Candidates must have valid scores for CAT/XAT/GMAT

Students will be shortlisted on the basis of their applications. After that they have to appear in the Caliper Test - ‘Leadership Potential Assessment’. They have to submit answers to three Essay questions (between 200 to 300 words).

The shortlisted candidates have to appear in a ‘Talent Appreciation Interview’ after the exam is over. The interview will be conducted in cities like Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Hyderabad etc. The candidates will be interviewed by senior leaders from the SOIL industry consortium and faculty members of the institute.
