Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur invites applications for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in general and Rural Management program for the session 2016-17.
Eligibility Criteria
The aspirant must have 3 year Bachelor's degree in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. These degrees must be obtained with an aggregate of at least 50% marks in the case of candidates from the General Category, and 45% in case of candidates from the categories of ST, SC and OBC.
How to Apply
Aspirants must submit the application form completely filled to Admissions Office of the Institute, along with the required processing fee of Rs. 1000/- and other documents as indicated in the application form.
The demand draft for Rs. 1000/- should be drawn in favour of XIDAS, payable at Jabalpur. An aspirant can also fill the application form online, wherein the processing fee can be paid online. The other documents should be sent to the admissions office by government speed post only.
Selection Process -
The selected aspirants will be further called for group discussions, personal interviews, and English language test, prior to final selection for admission.
Merit points are carried by these tests and they will be taken into account while deciding the capability of an aspirant.
Scholarships for PGDM Students
A total of Rs. 36 lakh is provided as Fr. Michael Van den Bogaert, S.J. Scholarships for the students pursuing PGDM at XIDAS on merit cum means (economically weaker sections) basis.
A flat scholarship of Rs. 60,000/- will be given as partial waiver towards academic fee to each of the 60 selected students pursuing PGDM.
Scholarships for PGDM-RM Students: A total of Rs. 18 lakh is provided as Fr. Karel Van Besouw, SJ Scholarships for students pursuing PGDM-RM at XIDAS on merit cum means (economically weaker sections) basis. A flat scholarship of Rs. 30,000/- will be given as partial waiver towards academic fee to each of the 60 selected students pursuing PGDM-Rural Management.

Last date of submission of filled in application form: March 10, 2016 (Thursday)
Display of shortlisted candidate for GD & PI: March 15, 2016 (Tuesday)
Date of GD & PI: April 01, 2016 (Friday) to April 07, 2016 (Thursday)
Declaration of merit list/result: April 10, 2016 (Sunday).
