AIIMS MBBS 2017 Results Likely to be Declared on June 14

  • AIIMS MBBS 2017 results are expected on June 14, 2017. 
  • Percentile scores of the both shifts will be merged and arranged to derive overall Merit List.
  • AIIMS will publish name, roll number, percentile of marks of candidates eligible for counselling.
AIIMS MBBS 2017 Results Likely to be Declared on June 14

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is likely to declare the results of AIIMS MBBS 2017 entrance examination on June 14, 2017. The results of AIIMS MBBS 2017 will be available on the official portal of AIIMS exams as well as on the official portals of six AIIMS. Once, the results are out, the candidates can check whether they have qualified for the counselling or not. AIIMS will publish the names of the qualifying candidates along with their roll numbers. AIIMS will not intimate, in person, to any of the candidates who have not qualified in the entrance examination.

On the results sheet, the candidates can find their name, roll number, percentile and eligibility to participate in the counselling process.

The overall ranking/ merit in AIIMS MBBS 2017 examination is based on the percentile scores of total raw scores. The method adopted by AIIMS for breaking ties is given below: -

  • All the higher percentile scores in Biology will result in higher ranking.
  • If the percentile in Biology does not break the tile, the highest percentile scores in Chemistry will result in higher ranking.
  • If the Chemistry and Biology percentile scores do not break the tie, then the percentile scores in Physics will result in higher ranking.
  • If the Physics, Chemistry and Biology percentile scores do not break the tile, the candidate elder by age will be given higher rank.

AIIMS will prepare exam results for each shift in the form of: -

  • Raw Scores
  • Percentages
  • Percentiles that are up to 7 decimal places separately for each of the four subjects as well as the Total.
  • The Total percentile shall not be aggregate or average of the percentile of individual subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge).

AIIMS will merge the Percentile scores of the both shifts and arrange them accordingly to derive the overall Merit List/ Ranking.
