he National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), will conduct the exams for the in-service untrained teacher D.El.Ed exams in January 2020. These D.El.Ed entrance exams will be supplementary exams for those teachers who are unable to qualify for the previous exam, Teachers interested in appearing for D.El.Ed entrance exam can deposit the fees latest by December 20, 2019.NIOS would conduct the exam from January 4 to January 18 for all the 7 subjects. The exam will be held in a single shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. NIOS has released the D.El.Ed admit card 2020.
It is mandatory for the untrained in-service teachers to quality D.EI.Ed by 2020. Last year, around 12 lakh untrained in-service teachers appeared for D.EI.Ed first year public exam. As per the RTE Act, NIOS D.EI.Ed is mandatory for untrained in-service teachers to teach in elementary schools.

NIOS has released the D.El.Ed admit card or hall ticket for the supplementary exams which are to take place in January 2020. NIOS D.El.Ed admit card steps to download are given below:

- On the homepage click on D.El.Ed icon
- A new page will open, click on NIOS D.El.Ed Admit Card
- Log in using credentials
- NIOS D.El.Ed Admit card will be available on the dashboard to download.

All the above exams will take place in the afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM on the scheduled dates.
NIOS will the hall ticket or admit card for the third public exams will be released a week before the exam. The candidates must be at the exam centre at least half an hour before the commencement of the exam.
