Bhoomi Sawant was surprised on May 28, 2017, as various news channels flashed her name after the CBSE class 12th results were declared. She secured an all-India rank 2 in CBSE Class 12 examinations and topped in the Science stream. She was at her grandparent’s house when the results were announced.

Expressing her happiness, Bhoomi Sawant mentioned that she was confident of getting a good score. However, she never expected that she would stand among the all-India toppers. She scored an aggregate percentage of 99.4% in the CBSE class 12th Board exams.

Revealing her secret of success, Bhoomi Sawant indicated that hard work is the key factor that had driven her to success. She used to give more time to studies besides attending regular school and tuition. She used to spend at least four to five hours for studies at home apart from that.

Bhoomi Sawant has clarity on her career and wants to become a computer engineer. She wants to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. Bhoomi’s father works with the National Informatics Centre, Chandigarh while her mother is a home-maker. Her parents were extremely happy and proud of their daughter. They hoped that Bhoomi would secure top ranks in universities too.

Family members congratulated Bhoomi on her success and wished for her bright future.

CBSE declared Class results on May 28, 2017. CBSE will release Class 10 results soon while there is no official announcement from CBSE on the same. This year, CBSE decided to go ahead with moderation policy. CBSE took this decision following the order of Delhi HC. With the announcement of Class 12 results, students felt a sigh of relief.
