ANU Distance UG/PG Exams Commenced
The final examinations of UG/PG of Acharya Nagarjuna University Center for Distance Education were commenced on 18-May-2016 across 78 examination cent

The final examinations of UG/PG of Acharya Nagarjuna University Center for Distance Education were commenced on 18-May-2016 across 78 examination centers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Coordinator of examinations, Mr. Veeraiah gave the details of exams.

He said, “A total number of 41,715 students are appearing for examinations. A total number of 21,258 students are appearing for PG exams and 20,457 students are appearing for UG exams. This year the number of students registered for distance courses at university has increased to 5 percent compared to last year. All the necessary arrangements are made for the smooth conduct of examination. 6 regional coordinators were appointed for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh”.

The examinations for final year UG students commenced at 9.00 AM and continued till 12.00 PM. The examinations for 1st and 2nd year UG/PG students were held between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM. Stringent arrangements have been made to avoid mass copying and other incidents. The examinations are being held at the following examination centers of Vijayawada and Guntur:-

  • Prabhas Degree College, Vijayawada
  • JKC College, Guntur
  • ANU Regional Center, Ongole
  • Gowtam Degree College, Vijayawada.

Strict action will be taken against the students who resort to mal practices and copying in the examination.
