ANU PG Exams Commenced
The PG Examinations of Acharya Nagarjuna University commenced on 9-April-2016. The examinations for 1st year commenced on 9-April-2016 and the examinations for 2nd year commenced on 11-April-2016. The University has made all the necessary arrangements for the smooth conduction of examinations. The director of PG Examination cell, Dr.Venkateswarlu assured this.
He said, “The examinations commenced at University and affiliated colleges. Stringent measures were taken for the smooth conduction of examinations. Directions are issued to all the colleges to conduct examinations in a rigid manner without giving scope for malpractices. Flying squads and sitting squads are deployed to inspect the examination centers.”
Even though the University has issued orders for the smooth conduction of examination, it is not being followed properly. The question paper was leaked before the commencement of examination at an examination center at Narasaraopet. Students knew the questions before hand which would come in the examination. The University has issued orders to the local police to go through this issue.
The examinations commenced at a total number of 120 examination centers in both Krishna and Guntur Districts. Most of the students who are attending examinations at afternoon session requested the University to change the time of examination due to the extreme heat wave.
