AP SSC Exams Concluded
Andhra Pradesh SSC Exams concluded on 4-April-2016. The exams commenced on 21-March-2016. Around 6, 00,000 students attended the examination. According to the sources the exams were held peacefully in the 283 centers of Krishna District. However some issues took place in a few examination centers.
This year 16 students of Krishna and Guntur District were debarred from the examination as they resorted to mal practice. Around 10 invigilators were suspended from their duties as they supported mass copying. In a few centers of Krishna district mass copying took place in a manner that the answer sheets were exchanged between the students. In an examination center at Jaggayapeta, an answer sheet of a girl was given to a boy by the invigilator. Unfortunately invigilator forgot to collect the answer sheet from the boy and the boy tied the additional sheet of the girl along with his answer sheet. The girl realized this after examination and complained to the Mandal Education Officer. Later bundles were re-opened and the problem was solved.
These types of incidents reveal the negligence of AP SSC examination board. The examinations were not conducted in a stringent manner. Students felt a sigh of relief after the completion of last examination. They looked happy as they have cleared a hurdle. The question papers were easy except the Physical Sciences question paper in which students faced a lot of difficulty. The Social Studies Paper-II was bit difficult as the questions were not given from text book.
Students said, “Apart from the physical sciences examination they have done well in all the exams and hoping for a better result”. Parents are ready to send their children to Summer courses as they do not want their children to was the time during Summer vacation.
