In Bengaluru, an IAS aspirant has designed an app to help students crack IAS exam through games. Monish was himself an IAS aspirant who could not crack his final interview round in the year 2016.
Breaking the monotony of studies, an IAS aspirant in Bengaluru has designed the first-ever mobile application which will help the aspirants crack IAS exam through mobile games. The application designed by Monish HP, 33 engages the users and covers the syllabus of IAS in the form of a mobile game. Monish himself is an IAS aspirant who appeared for the IAS exam in the year 2016. Although he cleared the Mains exam, he could not get it through the final interview round. Disappointed and frustrated, he started thinking over the ways to make the IAS preparation more relevant and practical.

In an interview session, Monish stated that it took two years duration for him to develop the application. He further added that the mobile games ignites curiosity & excitement and also enhances the learning curve for the students.
The application was launched on December 19 and has over 200 active users as of now. The major aim of developing the application is to give a new and exciting form to the conventional classroom learning style for IAS aspirants.

The application not only has the subjects in the form of passages but also consists of quizzes for which the time can be set. The users can also challenge the other opponents on the app which will help them learn how to come up in IAS competition. Apart from this, the app also consists of a Vitamin tab where the users can get all the current affairs and news. According to Monish, out of 5 million IAS aspirants, only 10% of the students have access to good coaching. Through the application, he is determined to provide assistance for the aspirants who are working and preparing for the exam at the same time.
