BITS Pilani to Increase UG Intake to 1,048
BITS Pilani, Rajasthan is planning to increase the student intake for its flagship undergraduate programme. The institute is vying to increase the intake to 1,048 in the next two years. Currently, the institute is carrying out an infrastructure upgrade in the campus. The current intake of students is 910 by the Institute. So, the upgradation of infrastructure is essential to increase the intake of the students. The Institute is a residential campus and hence upgrading infrastructure is crucial.
The institute has already constructed new classrooms in front of the administrative block. The construction has been done in an innovative way on a sunken level by digging out the Earth. This makes the roof level coincides with the ground level. Two more additional blocks are being constructed for the faculty members.
