  • Although the students agreed that the paper was scoring, they also said that the paper was a bit lengthy.
  • "The paper was completely NCERT-based. I knew answers to almost all the questions," said Shruti, a Delhi CBSE student. "However, it was somewhat lengthy. I expect to score well in this paper."
  • "The paper was very lengthy," another Delhi student said. "Although I knew the answers to all questions, I had to cut short my answers to finish it on time. I'm definitely going to lose marks there."
  • Expert Review:
CBSE Social Science paper this year has a difficulty level of 'Easy to Moderate'. There were some critical questions but more questions were on the easier side to balance it out. It is likely that the students will find the construct of the sentences to be a bit tricky to understand, thus making the paper more challenging and time-consuming. However, the language of the case-based questions was easy and familiar. If students have prepared adequately, it should be a scoring paper for them.
