CCMT First Seat Allotment 2025: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal is set to release the Centralised Counselling for M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan (CCMT) 2025 first round seat allotment results on June 9, 2025. Candidates who have registered and filled their choices for CCMT 2025 can check their allotment status by logging into the portal- ccmt.admissions.nic.in using their credentials. The allotment is based on the candidates' GATE scores, preferences filled during the choice-filling process, and the availability of seats in the respective institutes. Once the allotment is released, candidates must take prompt action to confirm their seats.

This allotment will determine the initial allocation of seats for candidates seeking admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and planning across participating institutes, including National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other centrally funded technical institutions. Candidates who are allotted seats in the CCMT seat allotment 2025 have to select one option amongst Freeze, Slide, and Float options. Students who opt to freeze their seats have to pay the seat acceptance fee.
Following the release of the first allotment, candidates are required to pay the seat acceptance fee and upload necessary documents for online verification from June 9 to June 14, 2025. The online document verification by the allotted institute will be from June 9 to June 17, 2025. The last date to resolve any query is June 18. Failure to complete these steps may result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat. Applicants will have to pay a Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) of INR 30,000. Candidates can pay the fee through SBI MOPS (i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card or e-challan at any branch of SBI).
For candidates who do not secure a seat in the first round or wish to upgrade their allotted seat, subsequent rounds of counselling will be conducted. Each round will follow a similar process of choice filling, seat allotment, and confirmation.
