CTET 21 Jan 2022 Paper 1 Paper Analysis

The last day of CTET 2021 Paper 1 was conducted on January 21, 2022. The Central Board of Secondary Education conducts their Teacher’s Eligibility Test,CTET 2022. By qualifying CTET, candidates will gain eligibility to apply for the teacher’s role in government schools nationwide. CTET Paper 1 is for those candidates who aspire to teach from Class 1 to Class 5. CTET 21st Jan 2022 Paper 2 Question Paper Analysis

The CTET Paper 1 is divided into 5 sections as given below, as per which the analysis in this article is based on:

  1. Child Development and Pedagogy
  2. Language-I
  3. Language-II
  4. Mathematics
  5. Environmental Studies

Each section consists of 30 questions, each carrying one mark.

Major Highlights of CTET 21st January 2022 Paper 1 Analysis (First Reaction)

Some of the major highlights of CTET 21st January 2022 Paper 1 analysis are as follows:

  • The overall paper was really easy. There were very easy questions in all the sections and the students were able to attempt all the questions within time.
  • In Hindi, the questions from the paragraph were a bit direct. Questions were not asked from the passage.
  • The Mathematics section was easy. Questions were asked from Clock, Fraction, Factors, etc.
  • The CDP section was very easy. Questions were asked from Jean Piaget, Vygotsky, ZPD, Sequence, inclusive & progressive education, etc.
  • The language paper was easy. Questions were asked from semantics, structure, meaning, etc.
  • The pedagogy had the highest weightage in the paper.
  • The EVS paper was easy to moderate. The questions were asked from snakes, animals, etc.
