Documents Required for CUET Application Form 2023CUET Application Form 2023: While filling out the application form, there are only a few documents that the candidate has to scan and upload while the other documents are required only for reference to fill out the appropriate information. The list of all such documents which are needed to fill out CUET 2023 application form is given here. To apply, the students will first have to register on the portal and then, the application form will be available through the registered login. Students will have to fill in their personal details and educational qualification, and select their university/programme and test paper details before uploading the documents.

CUET Application Form 2023: Documents to be Uploaded
The list of documents that are to be uploaded in CUET UG application form 2023 is given here:
1. Candidate’s Photograph
A recent photograph of the candidate, preferably not older than three months. The photograph can either be in colour or in grayscale. The background must be white in colour. 80% of the face, both ears, and a part of the neck must be visible in the photograph. Students can wear their regular glasses as long as both eyes remain visible. Photographs with goggles, masks, etc. will be rejected.

2. Candidate’s Signature
The signature must be done using a blue/black ballpoint/ink pen only. Markers, calligraphy pens, pencils, etc. shall not be used. The signature must be done against a blank white paper only. The signature should be clearly readable in the scanned copy.

- Size: 4 to 30 KB
3. Category & PwBD Certificate
To whomever it is applicable, the reservation category or the PwBD certificate must be scanned as an original copy. The scanned image must not be blurred and all details mentioned on it shall be clearly readable. This includes other quota and category certificates such as BPL/ KM/ NCC/ Sports/ Defence Personnel/ Ex-Servicemen/ Other.

- Domicile Certificate
- Income Certificate
- SSC Marksheet
- HSC Marksheet (if available)
- Mother/Father Employment Details (if employee of a central university)
- Valid ID Proof (Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Any other government-issued ID)
