NTA will soon announce the CUET UG 2022 exam date, which will be held tentatively in the first or second week of July, 2022. The exam will be conducted in online mode (computer-based test). For more details, read below.
CUET 2022 Exam Date: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the CUET UG 2022 exam date on the official website of NTA CUET, cuet.samarth.ac.in. It will be held tentatively in the first or second week of July 2022. The authorities have already closed the CUET UG 2022 application process.
The authorities will also release the CUET UG 2022 admit card approximately 7-10 days before the scheduled exam date. The exam will be commenced in 44 central universities and 42 other institutions. In a total of 547 exam centres of CUET UG 2022 around the country and 13 centres outside India, the CUET UG 2022 exam will be commenced. It is mandatory for all the central universities of India to use the CUET UG exam score.
As per the past years’ trend, the authorities are likely to announce the CUET UG 2022 dates and the post-exam dates (such as release of admit card and the declaration of result) not in advance.
The Common University Entrance Test was known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) till last year. This year, the University Grant Commission renamed it to CUET. Last year the CUCET 2021 exam was held on September 15, 16, 23 and 24, 2021.
CUET UG Exam Pattern 2022
The authorities released the CUET UG 2022 exam pattern. CUET UG exam 2022 is expected to be held in four days and two slots each day; slot 1 from 9 am to 12.15 pm and slot 2 from 3 pm to 6.45 pm. The exam will be commenced for admission to undergraduate and Integrated courses. The exam will be conducted in online mode (computer based test).
- The candidates will be asked objective type multiple based questions
- The candidates will have to answer on section 1A, section 1B, general test and domain specific subjects. Section 1A (language test), which one is compulsory, will be questions in 13 different optional languages
- Section 1b will be optional language test, section 2 (domain specific test) and section 3 (general test)
