Must have obtained a Master’s degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant/concerned/allied subject from a recognized Indian university or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
Must have passed the National Eligibility Test conducted by the CSIR or UGC
OR
Must have obtained a PhD degree from a foreign university with a ranking among the world’s top 500 universities by any of the following –
The Times Higher Education (THE)
Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)
The Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai)

Download the final copy and get a printout of the same for future reference
