DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Provisional Merit List 2022 Released

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) released the Maharashtra Polytechnic provisional merit list on August 13, 2022, on the official website- poly22.dte.maharashtra.gov.in. The candidates have to submit the grievances against the provisional merit list on or before August 17, 2022. The final merit list of DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic published by the authority on August 18, 2022.

DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic 2022: Merit List Position

The candidates should have detailed knowledge about the preparation of the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic merit list, which has been discussed in the following section.

Assignment of merit number: The candidates, who had successfully submitted the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic application form before the last date, are able to take part in the admission process through Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The candidates also assigned a merit number. The authorities released the merit list as per the marks secured by the candidates at the qualifying examination.

Change of marks due to the verification: If the qualifying exam marks are modified due to the verification by the concerned Appropriate Authority, then the same is reported to the Competent Authority for admission through CAP before 5 pm on the day of releasing the final merit list.

Assignment of merit number for various courses: In order to complete the admission to the first year of SSC Diploma courses in Engineering and Technology, the merit list of the eligible candidates is based on the marks obtained at SSC.

If any tie situation occurs, then it resolves following the below-mentioned order of preference and methodology:

• Higher percentage of marks in Mathematics at SSC
• Higher percentage of marks in Science at SSC
• Higher percentage of marks in English at SSC
• Passing HSC Science
• Passing HSC with minimum Competency in Vocational Course
• Passing ITI Trade of 2 years duration
• Passing Intermediate Grade Drawing Examination

For completing the admission to the Direct second year of post SSC Diploma courses, the authorities have made a separate merit list as per the percentage of marks secured at the qualifying exam. Similarly, if a tie situation occurs, then the following methodology will be considered.

• A higher percentage of marks in Mathematics at SSC
• A higher percentage of marks in Science at SSC
• A higher percentage of marks in English at SSC
