Despite the declaration of DU’s senior administrative officials, the admission process for the university’s undergraduate programmes has not been started yet. In April, the officials had announced that Delhi University’s admission process will begin from the last week of April 2017.
According to reports, the university is trying to resolve the last-minute glitches. It has also been revealed that the process might be delayed by a week or two.
DU has been making endless efforts to start the admission process for UG courses earlier than usual in 2017 to avoid the last minute rush. In the previous years, the university used to start its admission procedure in June.
An official close to the process informed that there is still some work that needs to be done before opening the admission process 2017. The official added that websites and servers are being checked to prevent technical issues as the procedure will be completely online.
