FMGE 2022 exam day instructions

Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) 2022 June session exam is scheduled to be held on June 4, 2022. The exam will be commenced in two shifts, shift 1 (9am to 11.30 am) and shift 2 (2 pm to 4.30 pm). The authorities have already released the FMGE admit card on the official website, nbe.edu.in. The candidates, who have successfully completed the registration, are eligible to download the FMGE 2022 admit card. 

After downloading the FMGE admit card 2022, the candidates should thoroughly check the mentioned details. If any discrepancies are found, the candidates should immediately contact the concerned authorities. The candidates should also check the exam day instructions mentioned on the hall ticket of FMGE 2022.

FMGE 2022 Important Exam Day Instructions 

Considering the COVID 19 pandemic, the NBEMS will conduct the social-distanced and computer-based test. Check the important exam day instructions here in the following section.

  • The candidates should reach the exam centre on the examination day as per the ‘Reporting time’, mentioned in the admit card
  • The reporting time to enter the examination centre will be closed 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. That 30 minutes will be kept for security checking, identity verification etc. 
  • The candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre after the reporting time. NBEMS will not entertain any delayed arrival of the candidates in reaching the exam venue due to any reason
  • The candidates are advised to visit the exam centre at least prior to one day of exam so that they will not face any trouble on the examination day and can report within the scheduled time
  • The candidates have to carry the printed copy of QR Coded/ Barcoded admit card pasted photograph on it along with the required photo ID proof (any of the PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID card, Passport or Aadhaar Card with a Photograph) on the examination day
  • If the candidates will bring an E-Aadhaar card, then they should carry it with good quality. The E-Aadhaar card should not be kinked, scratches or stains
  • The candidates should be known to the assigned lab number
  • The candidates will be checked with thermo guns at the entrance checking points. If the candidates will be found above normal temperature or displaying any symptoms of COVID 19, then they have to take the examination to the separate isolation lab
  • Candidates with valid ID proof, will not be allowed to enter the examination centre
  • Do not carry any stationery items such as plastic pouch, pen, writing pad, eraser, pen drives etc
  • Do not bring any electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, wristwatches, scanners, electric pens, pager, microphone, earphones etc.
  • Do not wear any ornaments and accessories 

Note: The candidates should wear a face mask on the exam day
