FTII Pune Invites Applications for Basic Course in Smartphone Film Making

The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune will conduct a basic course in smartphone filmmaking in collaboration with Lakshmibai College, New Delhi.

FTII Pune Basic Course in Smartphone Film Making

The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune has invited the candidates to apply for a basic course in smartphone filmmaking by September 27, 2019. This course will commence under the Skilling India in Film & Television (SKIFT) scheme and will be conducted in association with Lakshmibai College, New Delhi. It will be held from 7th October to 13th October 2019 at Lakshmibai College. A total number of 40 candidates will be able to take admission in this course and the sessions are going to begin and end at 10 am and 5 pm respectively.

FTII Pune Smartphone Film Making Course Eligibility Criteria

The authority has also mentioned the eligibility criteria which has to be fulfilled by the candidates in order to attend this course. The criteria are as follows:

  • Candidates should be 18 years or above as on 1st October 2019. Both Hindi and English will be used as the medium of instruction in the course. Therefore, the aspiring participants are expected to be comfortable in any of the languages in relation to reading, writing and speaking.

FTII Pune Smartphone Film Making Course Application Fee

The course fee i.e Rs 8,260 is to be paid via demand draft and will be drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. The demand draft along with the filled form should then be submitted to Shri Raman, PA to Principal of Lakshmibai College, New Delhi via speed post or in person by 27th September 2019.

FTII Pune Smartphone Film Making Course Selection Process

The authority will be conducting the process of selection on the basis of first come first serve. It is to be noted that this course will not be conducted if the minimum strength of 30 participants is not reached. Candidates who get selected will be notified via email. The course fee which is to be submitted by the candidates is non-refundable. A certificate will be provided to the participants on completion of the course.
