Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur will begin the online registration for GATE 2023 on August 30, and the candidates will have to complete the submission of the application form by September 30. As per the official information brochure released by IIT Kanpur, candidates applying for GATE 2023 will have to upload certain documents. Only the candidates uploading the required documents in GATE application form 2023 will be allowed to appear for the exam. Documents Required to Fill GATE 2023 Exam
To fill the GATE 2023 application form, the candidates should upload the following documents.
- Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents name, parents mobile number etc)
- Address for communication (including PIN code)
- Eligibility degree details (Roll number/ registration number, college address, pin code of the college)
- Three choices of GATE examination cities
- Scanned copy of category certificate in PDF format (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of PwD certificate in PDF format (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of the certificate of Dyslexia in PDF format (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of any valid photo ID proof (Aadhar card, Passport, PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID)
- Net Banking/ debit card/ credit card/ UPI details for fee payment
Note: The candidates should upload the required documents/ certificates in the online mode. Do not send any hard copy of the documents along with the application form to IIT Kanpur or any zonal GATE offices.
