Application process for Gujarat CET (GUJCET) 2017 has started from today, March 30, 2017. Aspiring students can fill the application form online. The last date for filling the application form and submitting it is April 16, 2017.

Before applying for GUJCET exam for admission to programmes offered by Gujarat state colleges, candidates must check the eligibility criteria.

Steps to apply for GUJCET:

  • Firstly, the candidates will have to register for the exam through the official website
  • Once the registration is done successfully, you can fill the details in the application form
  • It is also important to attach the required documents along with the application form

Make sure that you fill up all the fields while submitting the application form as candidates with incomplete application forms will not be allowed to appear for GUJCET 2017.

Also, candidates will not be allowed to make changes to the application form once they have submitted the application form. Therefore, make sure that fill in your correct details and verify them before submitting.

On successfully submitting the application form, you will receive a mail on your registered email ID from the exam conducting authority. Take a print out of the application form that you have submitted and send it to the address mentioned below along with the necessary documents.

List of Documents Required along with application form:

  • Certificates for class 10th and 12th (marksheet/ pass certificate)
  • School Leaving Certificate

GUJCET 2017 is scheduled to be held on May 11, 2017. Admission to all undergraduate engineering programmes provided by colleges in Gujarat will be done on the basis of this exam. Admissions are done on the basis of merit list prepared after the announcement of result. Merit list will be prepared by giving 60% weightage to class 12 board exams and 40% weightage to GUJCET 2017.
