The E3 project has three components which will fulfil its objectives and the Director of General Education will oversee if the same is properly carried out by the school teachers.
School students of Kerala will, from now onwards, learn English in high-tech labs that will come up within the school premises. A project for the same which goes by the name of E3, i.e Enjoy, Enhance and Enrich, has been launched by the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) which is distinct from the Public Education Rejuvenation Mission of Kerala Government.
According to KITE CEO K. Anvar Sadath, the purpose of the E3 project is to raise the standard of English learning of the students. The high-tech labs will ensure the experience and atmosphere of learning are delightful, added the CEO of KITE.
Three components namely Samagra e-Library, e-Language Lab and e-Broadcast will be used to achieve the objective of the programme. As many as 1 lakh teachers will be trained during this year’s summer vacations and from the upcoming new academic session, the project will be implemented said Anvar Sadath.

The students will have access to a vast digital repository of International standard digital books in both audio and video formats via the Samagra e-Library. Through the e-Language lab, the students will be able to improve their grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, writing, reading and speaking. The software in the e-Language lab will help the students enhance the skills mentioned above. The third component of the project, i.e e-Broadcast will assist the students to use English in academic and conversational contexts in an interactive mode. The E3 project implementation by the teachers in the schools will be overseen by the Director of General Education.
