The ICAI (Institute of Charted Accountants of India) has released the schedule for CA CPT (Common Proficiency Test) November 2019. ICAI conducts CPT twice a year, i.e., June and November. CA CPT November 2019 Important Dates
The ICAI Chartered Accountant (CA) had postponed the examination which was scheduled to be held on 9th and 11th November 2019. The ICAI has said due to many institute-closure in India on the mentioned date. All examinations of ICAI namely, Foundation Paper 1, IRM Paper 1, Final Paper 5, INTT AT & DISA ET Paper which was scheduled for Saturday, 9th November, is postponed to an unspecific date which they have now notified. On similar lines, intermediate (IPC), Paper-5 examination of November Monday had also been postponed for an unspecified date which is now declared.
The incident complements the rumour that spread on social media 2 months ago about the exam being postponed. The dates were postponed even after ICAI approached students for not relying on these rumours.

Pay the application fee next.
The application fee for CA CPT November 2019 exam is Rs. 1,000 for Indian citizens and Rs. 1,700 for Nepal and Kathmandu candidates.
The application fee is $300 for candidates choosing an overseas exam centre.
The application process will be completed only after the payment of application fee in online mode.
