The results of CA Final exam and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) 2017 are out now. The Institute of Charted Accountants of India declared the results on July 18, 2017. ICAI had published an official notification regarding the declaration of results a few days back. ICAI conducted CPT 2017 examination in June and CA Final exam in May 2017. The candidates who appeared for the exam can check the CA Final exam all-India merit list along with results on the official website.
The CA Final exam merit list has the name of the candidates who scored up to 50th rank in the examination and 55% in accordance with the decision of the examination committee. According to sources, about 1,32,000 students appeared for CA Final exam this year while more than 93,000 candidates took the CPT examination this year.

For checking the CA Final exam and CPT 2017 results, the candidates must visit the official website of ICAI. Check for the relevant link on the homepage. Roll number or registration number is essential to check the results. The candidates who have already registered their email id on the official website will receive the result in their mailbox.

ICAI will also send results via SMS. For this purpose, the candidates must follow the following steps: -
- For checking CA Final exam 2017 result, the candidates must type CAFNL (space) Roll Number and send an SMS to 58888.
- For checking CPT 2017 results, the candidates must type CACPT (space) Roll Number and send an SMS to 58888.
