IIM Ahmedabad to Organise Nihilanth 2018 – An Annual Inter IIT-IIM Quizzing Event

Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) will host Nihilanth 2018 – an annual inter IIT-IIM quizzing event in January 2018. It will be a three-day event, which is scheduled to take place from January 25 to 28, 2018. Interestingly, the quizzing event will be conducted during the annual cultural event of IIM Ahmedabad, Chaos 2018. All the participating institutes in Nihilanth 2018 will have to get through seven quizzes for securing the championship.

IIM (Calcutta) and IIM (Roorkee) also competed for hosting Nihilanth 2018, but IIM Ahmedabad has bagged the opportunity. In 2017, IIM Lucknow hosted the annual quizzing event.

The 15th edition of annual quizzing event, i.e., Nihilanth 2018 is expected to witness the participation of more than 450 students from all the IITs and IIMs across the country. LSD (Literary Symposium Desk) of IIM Ahmedabad has coordinated the competitive bid for hosting Nihilanth 2018. LSD competed to host Nihilanth 2017, and IIM Lucknow bagged the opportunity by a narrow margin bid. The LSD of IIM Ahmedabad is feeling highly privileged to host the prestigious quizzing event.

An official associated with IIM Ahmedabad revealed that IIM Ahmedabad would organise Chaos 2018 in a bigger manner compared to the previous year. The annual cultural event will have numerous competitions and cultural events. The combination of Nihilanth 2018 and Chaos 2018 will offer an exceptional experience to both participants and students.
