IIM Bodh Gaya Placements 2022: Highest CTC Rises to INR 30.50 LPA; Average CTC 12.36 LPA

IIM Bodhgaya placement review for the 2020-22 batch saw the participation of 100 top organisations from different sectors. This year, the academy saw a 24% average increase in the package, a 33% increase in the average package, and a staggering 76.3% increase in the maximum package offered to the students.

The highest CTC offered was INR 30.50 lakh per year. The average CTC was INR 12.36 lakh per year, and the median CTC was INR 12.00 lakh per year. In the year 2022, IIM Bodh Gaya had a 100% placement rate for its batch of184 students. Amazon, BNY Mellon, McKinsey & Co, Morgan Stanley, and Deloitte are some of the corporates that recruited candidates from the IIM placements Bodh Gaya 2022. Crompton Greaves, Berger Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Cognizant, Accenture, HDFC Bank, ICICI Securities, TATA AIG, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Hindalco Industries, Dalmia Bharat Group, Emami Agrotech, and other first-time hiring managers were also a part of the placement session.
