Indian Institute of Management Bodhgaya which started its operations three years back, is getting ready to organise its first ever major event - HR Conclave on its campus.
An event that will focus on Human Resource Management at large, the HR Conclave will witness keynote speeches from renowned persons of the industry who will highlight the existing and upcoming changes with respect to the theme of HRM. They will focus on how the introduction of artificial intelligence and data analysis can affect the dynamics of Human Resource Management. In today's time, most HR managers face hurdles and challenges such as the on-demand hiring of manpower, flexible schedules and work-from-home option without compromising the efficiency of work.

The speakers who will be gracing the occasion include eminent personalities of the business world, who are as follows:
- Mr. Manoj Prasad, Vice President (HR), Reliance Industries Limited
- Mr. Parthasarathi Mishra, Chief Human Resource Manager, Tata Steels Pvt Ltd.
- Mr. Sumit Sabarwal, HR, Fujitsu Consulting India
The moderators of the HR conclave session at the institute will be Professor Vidyanand Jha of IIM Calcutta and Director of IIM Bodhgaya - Professor Vinita Sahay.

IIM Bodhgaya was established in the year 2015 which is presently operating from Magadh University's distance education building. The government has allotted 160 acres of land in the southern part of the Magadh University campus. The permanent campus is expected to be ready in the next three-four years.
