IIM Indore records the highest CTC Package offered to PGP-HRM graduates of 36.4 INR LPA and an average of 20.4 INR LPA in the final placements.
The final placements for the batch 2020-2022 for the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore took place successfully for the PGP-HRM (Post Graduate Programme for Human Resources Management) Students. The placement process was a great success. However, due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, the placement process was held through virtual mode.
As per the press release by IIM Indore, about 20 or more recruiters took part in the placements. About 35 students from the PGP-HRM were placed in diverse and esteemed roles. Graduates of IIM Indore were offered jobs in a range of domains in the HR Department. They were offered jobs in the Banking sector, IT sector, manufacturing sector, and also other prominent sectors. Leading companies approached the IIM Indore graduates and offered record LPA packages.
Leading companies in the BFSI sector such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, TATA AMC, and Hero Fincorp recruited a large number of candidates. Also from the IT/ITES sector, some prominent companies such as IBM, Search, Capgemini, and Bristlecone recruited the second-highest number of candidates. Additionally, from the manufacturing sector, Haber and Lohia Corp and from leading conglomerates DCM Shriram and Galadari Brothers Dubai participated. Further, other prominent recruiters in the panel were Crompton Graves, People Business, GAIL, Jasper Colin Research, and Allcargo Logistics.
IIM Indore also recorded a rise in the average CTC from last year in the Final Placement of PGP-HRM. A record of an average of 20.4 INR LPA is offered to the 2022 batch of graduates. Furthermore, the highest package offered was 36.4 INR LPA on the campus. The top 10 percentile students were offered an average of 25.25 INR LPA. Also, the top 25 percentile graduates were offered an average of 23.25 INR LPA.

The Director of IIM Indore, Himanshu Rai expressed his feeling regarding the overwhelming response from the recruiters regarding the final placements for the 2022 batch of PGP-HRM.
